Protective Coatings
The importance of selecting the correct protective coatings should not be underestimated and is paramount to the ultimate life of any plant, equipment or structure. We provide quality coatings supplied from our specially chosen suppliers. Our quality assurance procedures ensure we can offer the best possible coating solutions.
We offer various coating options for finishes including, Primed, Single Pack, Two Pack, Powder Coating, Intumescent and Galvanising. All steel is checked to be dust and debris free prior to the coating process as this is especially important to achieve a flawless, long-lasting finish. All paint/powder is carried out inhouse by our experienced team. Galvanising is carried out by our carefully chosen sub-contractor and inspected by us upon return.

Galvanising
Fire Coating
Galvanising ensures protection from the outside elements. It involves Hot Dipping steel in a bath of liquid molten zinc to obtain a zinc coating over the steel.
Fire coating offers added protection in the case of a fire. By coating the steel with a specifically designed intumescent system, it can minimize the risk and spreading of fires.
