The Forge Mechanical is accredited with an EN1090 Factory Production Certificate. Our fabricators operate under EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 certification and fabrications are quality checked throughout the manufacturing process to ensure each piece is completed to specifications. With many years’ experience, our fabrication/welding team all hold the relevant Welding Qualifications. Our facilities allow us to carry out manufacturing of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium Steel.

Our Workshop is home to a large general engineering space which is operated by our highly experienced and trained workshop team. Our facilities include a 250m square workshop which contains an array of machinery that allows us to carry out many services including, Fabrication, Cold Sawing, Profiling, Pipe Bending, Hot Forging, Punching/Milling/Turning, Rolling and Folding, Guillotining, Lathe Work and CNC Precision.
